A fantastic open day at ShiBei school
Everyone had a great day at the Shibei School Open Day this Sunday, 2nd June. We had the stage set up outside the school, and the local music school also took part in some of the performances. The emphasis, though, was on fun and English. Mainly fun though.
We had 7 teachers taking part in The Hokey Cokey, which was very much enjoyed by the little ones at the front of the stage. Following this was a good old game of Twister, so the children could use the recently learnt body parts in action. Twister went on inside for the rest of the day. Also in the school was a game of Find The Pair and Hoop Toss.
Outside the fun continued. A craft stall was run by Teacher Tania. The children loved making and colouring the pictures. The music continued on stage. Head and Shoulders went down well with Boss Dan and Teacher Kirsty leading the way. Also adding to the musical offerings were Ray and Krys, who gave a great version of One Love by Bob Marley.
What a great fun afternoon for all who came. Great work ShiBei!
