This weekend Premier English had a barn storming overnight teambuilding get together in a lovely big villa down by the sea. With a recent input of new teachers, it was a great time to get everyone together, and build the team ethos and understanding that is crucial for the succesful running of the school. The location was a lovely big villa down by the sea, in a beautiful, quiet and stunning location. Saturday evening was a relaxed affair.
Everyone got their bags in their rooms, had a good look around the villa, and then it was on to dinner. Chinese barbecue was on the menu, and everyone took to their tables and the fun started to flow. Some games were played to get everyone more familiar with each other, but the main theme of Saturday night was relaxed fun. The main team building games were planned for Sunday morning. If anyone could get up.

Well, after the fun and games of Staurday evening, an early start and good, hearty Chinese breakfast was served at 08:00am. No time to waste as there were the major team building games to get on to. We had already been assigned out teams the night before, so once we had donned our coloured vests, the games began. With everyone working together, doing what was needed for the team, three people were tied together by the leg and raced each other to the finishing line. Other games included transporting a big rubber ball between two people without touching it and trying to protect your name badge from being taken by members of other teams.
